Investing in timeless excellence

Vision & mission
Our Vision: investing in the timeless, preserving the exceptional
InnovART was founded with a clear vision: to become a benchmark holding company for investments in HBJO crafts and prestigious international real estate.
This vision is embodied in ongoing projects that will strengthen InnovART’s role: the development of the 12 Art distinction and the structuring of the Five Time watchmaking house. These initiatives, driven by the holding, reflect a strong ambition to recognize HBJO crafts as an art form in their own right and to support an independent and innovative Swiss watchmaking industry.
Our Mission: unite, invest, and transmit
- Unite – InnovART supports the establishment of the 12 Art distinction, designed to bring together artisans, houses, and collectors under a common banner of quality, ethics, and authenticity.
- Invest – Through the Five Time project, InnovART is preparing the creation of an independent Swiss watchmaking house, capable of combining artisanal heritage with contemporary design.
- Transmit – By expanding its scope to international real estate, InnovART aims to preserve and enhance heritage assets that embody stability and intergenerational transmission.
Our Investment Areas
HBJO
Through the 12 Art project in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, InnovART aims to create an international unifying distinction and a digital visibility platform for artisans and houses, in order to support all stakeholders and the entire value chain.
Swiss Watchmaking
Through Five Time, currently being established in Switzerland, the holding supports the design of exclusive collections conceived by Antoine Gamboni.
International Real Estate
InnovART is also preparing a diversification into rare and prestigious real estate assets, selected for their heritage value and their potential for transmission.
Our Subsidiaries
Strategic projects under development
InnovART is preparing the establishment of two main subsidiaries:
12 Art Sàrl
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, under structuring
The 12th Art stands as the cultural and structural cornerstone of the InnovART project. Conceived as both an international distinction and a digital platform, it aims to unite stakeholders across the fine watchmaking, jewelry, and precious metal craftsmanship ecosystem – artisans, maisons, designers, manufactures, and collectors—around shared values of excellence, ethics, and transmission.
Beyond symbolic recognition, the 12th Art is designed to become a cross-disciplinary reference framework, fostering connections between métiers and enhancing their visibility on a global scale. It addresses the fragmentation of the sector by providing a common platform for recognition, dialogue, and collaboration.
Within this dynamic, the 12th Art extends beyond an internal initiative by engaging in editorial and media collaborations with established industry players, including magazines such as The Silent Luxury. These partnerships reinforce the visibility of exceptional craftsmanship and anchor the initiative within existing networks of influence and dissemination.
In this sense, the 12th Art positions itself as a unifying and structuring force—cultural, economic, and media-driven—dedicated to the international recognition of excellence-driven métiers and to building meaningful synergies between artisans, brands, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Five Time SA
Switzerland, under incorporation
Five Time S.A. serves as the operational and commercial backbone of InnovART’s ecosystem. While the 12th Art provides the cultural and institutional framework, Five Time translates this vision into tangible market execution and value creation.
Positioned at the intersection of high-end watchmaking, innovation, and brand development, Five Time is designed to develop, produce, and distribute exceptional timepieces that embody the principles promoted by the 12th Art – excellence, craftsmanship, and enduring cultural value.
Beyond product creation, Five Time plays a strategic role in structuring the economic dimension of the ecosystem. It enables the monetization of intellectual property, brand assets, and founding members’ creative contributions, transforming intangible capital into scalable and sustainable commercial outcomes.
In this context, Five Time acts as a bridge between cultural recognition and market realization, ensuring that the legitimacy established by the 12th Art is effectively converted into economic performance, brand equity, and international reach.
Its integration within the broader InnovART framework fosters powerful synergies between creators, manufacturers, distribution networks, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), strengthening both market positioning and sector influence.
Ultimately, Five Time S.A. is not merely a watch company – it is conceived as a value creation engine, designed to structure, commercialize, and amplify the impact of the entire ecosystem.
